Booking Terms:
- All bookings must be made in writing
- A non-refundable deposit of Euro 400 per person is required at the time of booking. We will require a copy of the passport for each tour participant
- The final balance must be paid minimum 45 days prior to the departure date
- Bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival will require to be paid in full
- Procuring the requisite travel visa are the sole responsibility of the tour participant / booking agent

- 45 days before departure – Booking deposit of Euro 400 is non-refundable
- 44 – 31 Days before departure – 50% of total holiday cost + Booking deposit amount
- Less than 30 Days before departure – 100% of total holiday cost + Booking deposit amount

Day 1: Arrival Copenhagen
We welcome you to the magnificent continent of Europe. Your Tour Manager will meet you in the hotel lobby at 13:00 hrs. Copenhagen has a long history well integrated with today’s modern life. The city is a multicultural centre thanks to yesterday’s and today’s immigration. A fact that contributes to Copenhagen’s international atmosphere. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Copenhagen.

Day 2: Copenhagen City Tour, Entrance To Rosenborg Castle, Tivoli Gardens
After breakfast meet guide for a city tour including the Little Mermaid, Gefion Fountain in the Langlin Park, an outside look of Amalienborg Palace, Christiansborg Palace and the Parliament. An out- side look of the Opera house, Nyhavn, Ströget pedestrian street and the statue of HC Andersen in Radhuspladsen. With entrance Rosenborg castle. Later we proceed to Tivoli Gardens. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel

Day 3: Copenhagen To Oslo
After breakfast, we proceed to Oslo via Öresundbridge. The Oresund Bridge is a combined railway and motorway bridge across the Öresund strait between Sweden and Denmark. The Öresund Bridge is the longest combined road and rail bridge in Europe and connects two major metropolitan areas: Copenhagen, the Danish capital city, and the Swedish city of Malmö. This unique road bridge turn into an under the sea tunnel linking the two countries. Time at leisure for independent activities. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: City Tour Of Oslo, Entrance To Polar Ship Museum, Onto Geilo
Today we proceed for a city tour including Vigeland Sculpture Park, Parliament Square, outside look of the Royal Palace, Nation al Galleries, Karl Johan shopping street, City Hall, Akershus Castle, the Norwegian Defence Museum, walk on Oslo Opera House. Photo stop at the Holmenkollen Ski Arena. Entrance to Fram Polar Ship Museum. We continue our journey to Geilo & enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Norway in a Nutshell Tour
After breakfast, we proceed to for the Norway in a Nutshell tour. Take NSB Train Geilo to Myrdal. Arrive in Myrdal Take the Flåmsba na to Flåm. Arrive in Flåm, Free time in Flåm, Take the Fjord Ferry to Gudvangen. Meet coach in Gudvangen and transfer to Bergen. This is a unique opportunity to explore the natural beauty of Norway by rail, road and water. Later transfer to Floibanen to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Bergen. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: Bergen To Oslo
After breakfast proceed to Oslo. Today we drive through the Norwegian countryside and enjoy the natural beauty of this Nordic country. We get glimpses of this unique country, blessed with nature and popularly voted amongst the most beautiful countries of the world. Free time for independent activities. Day 7: Onto Stockholm, Entrance To Icebar
After a delectable breakfast, we proceed by road via Karlstad for the onward journey to Stockholm. Later enjoy your visit to the Ice bar. ICEBAR Stockholm is the world’s first permanent icebar. The interior is carved out of 40 tons of natural ice from the Torne River by ice sculptors. ICEBAR has been a popular attraction in Stockholm since the opening in 2002 and attracts both tourists and locals who want a slice of the Arctic North in downtown Stockholm. Day 8: City Tour Of Stockholm, Entrance To Vasa Ship Museum, City Hall, Overnight Ferry To Tallinn
After breakfast we proceed for a city tour city sightseeing tour in Stockholm including a photo stop at Fjällgatan for a beautiful view over Stockholm, a walk through the Old Town, outside look of the Royal Palace (change of guards if time allows) with entrance to Vasa Ship Museum and City Hall. Enjoy time at leisure for independent activity. Later we proceed to the pier for your overnight ferry to Tallinn. Scandinavian dinner buffet on board. Enjoy the luxurious cruise across the Sweden. Duty free shopping, casinos and the vast buffet are a delight on board your floating hotel.

Day 9: City Tour Of Tallinn, Entrance To TV Tower, Ferry To Helsinki
On arrival into Tallin, Meet the coach and guide at pier and transfer for 3H city sightseeing: City sightseeing tour including a walk through the Old Town, Toompea Hill, Palace Square, Russian Orthodox Alexander Nevski Cathedral, St Mary’s Cathedral, St. Olaf’s Church, Rosen House, Town Hall Square where you will have some free time to take in the Gothic Town Hall or stroll through handicraft stalls. After lunch transfer to TV Tower with entrance, The Tallinn Television Tower is the tallest building in Tallinn and Estonia at 314metres. The Tower has a panoramic view from 170 metres, an outdoor terrace on the 21st floor, interactive multimedia solutions that introduce Estonia and Tallinn, a view of the ground through the glass floor of the platform, an adrenaline filled walk on the edge, attractions for children, a mini TV studio and fantastic gift shop. Later transfer to the pier to take a 2hr cruise to Helsinki. On arrival into Helsinki, meet the coach & transfer for dinner. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Helsinki City Tour, Entrance To Rock Church
After breakfast meet the coach and drive and transfer to 3H city sightseeing: City sightseeing tour including the Senate Square, Helsinki Cathedral, Helsinki University, the Market Place, Uspenski Cathedral, Kaivopuisto viewpoint, Observatory Park. Continue with Sibelius Park with monument, Olympic Stadium, an outside look of the National Museum and the Parliament with entrance to Temppeliaukio Rock Church.
